There are so many things to do in Macau but the stars of the show are the hotels and Casinos, in particular the Wynn Palace. They have a Skycab that lifts you into the sky giving you and incredible view of their performance lake, which is also cool. Once you get inside they have a porcelain egg that is awesome to view. Their casino and restaurants are also dope. I also liked the Ruins of St. Paul’s. It’s in an area full of Macau history and it’s a good attraction to visit.

If you are already in the South of China going to Macau is extremely simple, it’s actually super convenient for inconvenient visa types. Like Hong Kong, it’s a country-like-country that’s not a country. My Chinese is not the best and if we’re in the same boat, in Macau, you don’t have to worry about that, the language barrier isn’t too bad compared to mainland, but then again you have to be open-minded and willing to try to learn something new because there is so much to see and so much to do. Fused with Portuguese heritage, and Chinese culture, the first and last Portuguese colony in East Asia, famous for its casinos, fortresses, and Mediterranean Avenues.
