From a shy girl who was contemplating her environment to one of the best black bloggers in the industry. Caron Cain through her blog fights for more inclusiveness for the black community. She also uses her platform to highlight her travel stories, inspirations and life growth.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. Minority Nomad, Erick Prince<\/a><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

More than 90 countries visited and thousands of mesmerizing pictures highlighting humanity at its finest. That is what Erick has achieved so far as a black travel blogger. However, he doesn’t intend to stop there. Erick intends to set a new milestone for the black community by becoming the first African-American to travel to every country.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4. O.Christine Blog, Olivia<\/a><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

This blog is an amazing resourceful channel about sharp cultural commentary, food history and culture. Michael has spent years studying African ancestral foodways and their influences. Through his blog, he tries to shed light on the African cuisine diversity and preserve it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

26. From Lagos, Tunde Wey<\/a><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Food to talk about important things! That’s what Tunde thought when creating his food blog. Today, it has become a project to interrogate colonialism, capitalism and racism. Over the years, the founder of From Lagos<\/em> has become a prominent black blogger and has been featured in The New York Times, The Washington Post, VOGUE, Black Enterprise and so many others.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

27. The Hungry Hutch, Aaron Hutcherson<\/a><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Aaron is a great example of the increasing importance of being a black blogger. He gave up on a Wall Street career to become the founder of The Hungry Hutch. In his blog, Aaron documents his culinary journey and shares his exciting recipes. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

28. Chocolate For Basil, Jerelle Guy<\/a><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Photographer, writer, cook and James Beard award nominated. Jerelle is the definition of do it all! Even with all her occupations, the founder of Chocolate For Basil<\/em> still finds time to share cooking tips and recipes with her readers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Seems like my favorite black bloggers like career transitions and Vallery is no exception. The ex-lawyer gave up on her career to focus on her cooking blog. Later, she went on to win the Great American Baking Show and write her own cooking book.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

 30. Sistah Vegan, Dr. A. Breeze Harper<\/a><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Apart from career transitions, I also included food experts in our list. With a PhD in Critical Food Geographies, Dr. Breeze’s blog offers its readers critical writings on the interstice of Blackness, veganism, and feminism. The owner of Sistah Vegan uses food to explore these topics.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

31. Tanorria’s Table, Tanorria Askew<\/a>.<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

There is no need to introduce Askew, the 2016 MasterChef contestant who gained worldwide fame after Chef Ramsey described her shrimp and grits dish as the best one he has ever had. Melinda on her blog shares her 20+ years of experience with her readers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

34. Side Hustle Pro, Nicaila Matthews Okome<\/a><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The Jamaican born, Bronx bred marketer shares on her blog actionable strategies to start small and become big! Thanks to her blog, numerous black female entrepreneurs have benefited from Nicaila’s experience on how to transform their side hustle into a profitable business.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

36. For Colored Girls Who Tech, Vera Baker<\/a><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

39. Hey Fran Hey, Francheska Medina<\/a><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

This category will almost mean nothing without Hey Fran Hey. Francheska is one of the OG wellness influencers and one of my favorite black bloggers. The founder of Hey Fran Hey does everything with ease and it’s inspiring to see a black woman living with ease and inspiring others to do the same.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

40. Maryam Hasnaa, Maryam Hasnaa<\/a><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Next up, I introduce you to a wonderful black blogger who was raised by spiritual teachers and went on to become an energy worker and flower practitioner. Thanks to her blog, Maryam teaches her readers how to embody their gifts and live their souls’ purposes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

41. Alex Elle, Alex Elle<\/a><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

This blog is so original that you will come back to it every time you have the chance. Alex uses her long experience as an authorized podcaster and full-time poet to help and encourage other women to use writing as a healing tool.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

42. Dora Kamau, Dora Kamau<\/a><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Moreover, the inspiration behind Her Modern Life comes from Sydnei’s highschool experience. The blogger challenged herself to create a place where she and everyone can be comfortable being themselves!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

47. Scout The City, Sai De Silva<\/a><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

If you’re looking for a family lifestyle blog, well, look no further. Sai’s blog is unique, insightful and complete. On Scout The City, you’ll find plenty of posts about fashion, family and beauty.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

48. Blushing Black, Latisha Guster<\/a><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n
