Dangerous to visit or live in if you are black. The locals, on average, are racist, the police will be on you for breathing wrong, and is surrounded by tons of sundown towns. I know a lot of college football travelers might end up going this way. If you have to, make sure to be safe and trust no local that is color redacted. Avoid going out at night. The police love pulling us over for “driving while black” around there.

Travel wise: limited nightlife. There are a couple of bars and a sketchy club where you need to watch your drink like it’s your only treasure. Food choices are very few.
