Dallas is DOPE!! Brunches… Night clubs… and places to eat. Check out the Daiquiri Hut and Sandaga . Don’t forget to get a Turkey leg from Sandaga.
If you haven’t tried Texas barbecue Pecan Lodge is a great place to start! Located right downtown it’s a perfect stop while enjoying your walk . From my understand this place stays open until they run out of meat and YES they run out . While the line is usually out the door if you’re eating with a group you have the option of skipping the line by order the troth which pretty much is a sample platter that will feed a group of five comfortably . If you’re a meat lover this is a must .
Dallas has many things to do. Their is uptown Dallas where their is food spots, bars and shopping. Downtown Dallas has a great Museums, Parks such as Kyle Warren where there is food trucks and shaded sitting that I love! I also love Plano legacy west area there are nice shops for shopping and food spots! I love the atmosphere there especially at night it is so pretty! My favorite food spot is Earl’s it’s a bar and restaurant! The food is amazing!
Dallas is very diverse and full of activity. I love how in the past several years the city has started to make attractions in less appealing neighborhoods. For example the Margaret Hunt Hill Bridge that is now a big city attraction. The city is making an effort to better all areas of Dallas and it is something I really appreciate. Other than the big city feel and the long list of great food, Dallas offers plenty of indoor and outdoor activities to fulfill the needs of most of its citizens. Something I would like to see change is the focus of funds from inner-city living, to compensate for the poverty that surrounds the outskirts of the city.
