I stayed one time at a hotel in Derby, KS. When I went to some stores in town the workers were following and watching me. I felt uncomfortable and unwelcome. Also the vibes were unfriendly when I walked into a restaurant to pick up some breakfast and people in the parking lot were staring at me. I have heard from some people that the police there pull over and bully people of color.
