I took my parents for a day trip to Whidbey Island. We took a 20-minute ferry from Mukilteo. The we had lunch in the charming Seaside town of Langley at Prima Bistro. It was delicious and generous.
Then we visited Fort Casey and then went to Deception Pass, and from there, we drove back to Seattle via Mt Vernon. Everywhere we stopped, people were friendly, offering to take our photos, and helpful with directions.
