I lived in San Lorenzo from 2016 to 2017, and let me tell you, the people are the epitome of those who smile in your face but will stab you in the back. When my family first moved there, everyone was friendly and nice, but over time, our house was egged, one of our halloween decorations was destroyed by a little boy who attended the school in that area, and we literally ran into a skinhead at the 7/11 store in that area. To top it all off, while making a trip to Home Depot, an older white male who worked there was making conversation and then asked us where we lived. After we told them that we live in San Lorenzo, he warned us to be careful because a lot of the older yt people who live there made it their mission to NOT move in people of color. Long story short, it might be alright to visit, but DO NOT move there. We are NOT welcomed, and you WILL be treated differently by those miserable no life weirdos.
One more thing, those motorcycles you hear at night are yt supremacists. YES, right here in California in San Lorenzo. Sheesh….
