Stayed at PH beaver creek as Hyatt Globalists. No comped globalist upgrades available during our dates. Pre-arrival, we were contacted by the hotel to see if we needed anything. However, once onsite the service quality was very inconsistent. The parking valet and ski valet staff were amazing, but otherwise found most staff to be cold and not welcoming at all. Not the level of service I would expect at a Park Hyatt. This is a true ski in/ski out property with the gondola just outside the ski valet door. Nice buffet breakfast with a number of different stations which was complimentary for globalists. Very few other Black guests or staff in the hotel or on the mountain.
