Cartagena loves black culture and people. You can see it in the art, experiences, and the compliments. Great food, mud bathing in a volcano, island hopping, photoshoots, tours of Palenque. It gets annoying telling people no who are continuously trying to sell you something and lots of stray dogs and cats.
Cartagena was nice. The Getsemani neighborhood is very pretty and walkable.
There are plenty of restaurants to eat. The food is good.
