Went while on a cruise ! It was nice , wasn’t able to explore the city but it does have a big afro influence (lots of ppl that look like us)
I stopped there while on a Norwegian Cruise. I had an amazing experience. We got a tour of the island with a private driver with Adventures of Roatan. They are local black owned businesses who treated us like family and gave us personal and in-depth history of the island. They are in a booth right outside the port.
