When I went to Durrës I was surprised by seeing so many Black people on a regular basis . Lots of Americans but also people from the Netherlands and other parts of Europe and it was refreshing because I normally don’t see that many Black people while traveling Europe. The locals are kind and while I and some friends had some issues with local men trying to talk to us from their cars, I wouldn’t let it stop me from visiting again.
