Most residents do not speak English. There are alot of missing people posters in the city. There are alot of sights to see. I did get a couple of stares and one Mexican man who was quite dark himself did gasp at me when he saw me. There were a few rude store owners, but I did enjoy myself. It is a city full of everything a modern city has.
