Kampala Uganda has always been one of my favourite East African countries.
Enjoying fresh fish by the Dam was a favourite for me and I am not a fresh fish person but they have very delicious fish. So food in Uganda is delicious and amazing, the fruits taste rich and full of flavour , my favourite is their pineapples.

The weather in Uganda is very hot, lucky for me I was there for a month staying with family, so the first 2 days I was passing out in the car from the heat, so it took me 2 days to adjust before I could be ALIVE to see everything. Also Kampala has lots of traffic as well so traffic and the heat.

    Things to do in Uganda:

    Visit the Gorillas
    Museums
    Uganda Equator

Nightlife in Kampala is wild but so much fun , they party until sunrise that was a first for me, I was taken to a few clubs by a friend I had met there at a mall and we went to have dinner as well. I got home literally when the sun was rising and couldn’t go back to sleep after. And I am not one for the nightlife when I travel Uganda and Bali are the only countries I have gone partying in and had a blast .

After staying in Uganda, I must say for the ladies I came home with amazing skin – glowing skin from the weather.

Kampala is a great city with alot to do. It was a shock when i first got there and started driving around seeing everyone on these motorcycles they call “Boda Boda”, however i quickly became accustomed. I would have stayed at Hilton Garden Inn in Kampala which was a bit on the pricier side which could be seen as a downside but an upside is that it was located close to Acacia Mall among other attractions.

The people are very friendly especially with helping me get around. Once there you should visit the Uganda Museum, which shows the complete history of Uganda and their many tribes and artifacts, Gaddafi National Mosque, which I believe is the second largest mosque in Africa. While on this tour you would be able to go up their tower and once at the top, you would be able to see 360 views of Kampala. Also should go to the craft market with numerous traditional African sourvenirs and very reasonable prices. These trips were part of a one day excursion which was completely set up and booked through the hotel which i stayed at and it came to a price equivalent to $150 USD.

Every day is a party. The Monday to Monday experience is unimaginable. The dress up, the restaurants especially night Rolex and the spicy fries.

The prices are super affordable. People are kind and fun. When in Kampala plan for a trip in Entebbe for an adventure of a lifetime

Kampala is a great city been there a few times, much to do and see. The people are very nice, welcoming and friendly. You might want to be awake and lively because things move fast when u are in the city centre. There is much tourism to do eithnin the city. You should visit Kasubi tombs, a royal burial place for the kingdom of Buganda, the Gaddafi National Mosque, which is the largest in Sub-Sahara Africa. While in Kampala which is set on 7hills, your might want check out all seven hills all boast different views and history. Try out the Boda Boda rides for faster transportation. Traffic heat hectic at rush away you might want to avoid traveling by car between 4-7pm. They are multiple chilling and relaxing spots in the city u should try out.
