Russian customs border control are very confrontational with Black travelers. And in Siberia, many Russian people will ogle you and / or even approach you aggressively. Be very careful. Travel in a group. Be mindful of taxis at airports that will overcharge. While the city is beautiful, traveling into Russia is risky.
