My Car broke down here once, I was kinda of worried but a nice white woman helped me and my fiance get to a car rental place (Avis) that operates on Sundays! Ironically, I was also going to go here for college so I felt pretty calm being down here but luckily we broke down right off the interstate.
My trip here was really nice, there are a few black owned restaurants. Friendly black people, I felt safe and right at home.
