I used to travel to this resort every other year. The accommodations are top notch. We stayed in the Villas, Summit, and Regal Vista. Regal Vista are homes with all of the amenities including a garage. This resort is massive. The resort includes a water park. There is also an arcade. The resort is located in the mountains of Virginia near James Madison University. The last time I traveled to this resort there were confederate flags everywhere. My family and I decided that this was our last trip based on how the staff behaved. They were screaming at us and getting upset about us not attending the sales pitch. I called the front desk and they refused to discuss or discipline the employee. Please note that there was not a single Black person employed at this resort. We have not been back.
