The city is beautiful and there is plenty to do. The people are educated and kind. The restaurants are the best ones I have tried in this country. So much culture, nature, museums, zoos, malls and shops. Everything is clean and we felt safe. Easily the best city in Brazil.

I would give zero but it is not possible. People are awful and rude, the city is ugly and there is nothing to do. Constantly rainy and the sky is gray. The streets are crowded and there are slums everywhere among the buildings and the beaches, and there are more slums than buildings. The beaches and sea are dirty. The sand is like the sky: gray and dead. It is the most dangerous city in Brazil. Lots of robbery, pick pocketing and criminals. No safety and relaxation. There are so many better places in Brazil. Actually, anywhere is better.
