Washington DC has an amazing selection of various foods. But my favorite is Ethiopian. Any time I’m there, I have to get Ethiopian food. Adams Morgan has a few good selections. Every restaurant I’ve been to has been clean, fresh and fast service.

I’ve been going to Massachusetts all of my life and I must say, my favorite part about visiting is the seafood. They also have really good Thai restaurants. However in Cambridge, Massachusetts there’s a little Italian restaurant called “Courthouse Seafood” and their food is soooo fresh and good. It’s not a fancy place. But it is very clean and not crazy overpriced. I highly recommend it. I go there EVERY time I’m in town.

I went to Barbados my 30th birthday and it was the most hospitable experience ever. Everyone was so nice and loving as if we were family. We stayed at the Marriott in Bridgetown. It’s across the street from the beach so you can access the beach with your hotel keycard. You are sharing the beach with the hotel there but it’s pretty relaxing and quiet. I took a nap there the day we landed. If you want a beach that’s more hype and full of activies, I’d advise going further into the downtown area. I saw more lively beaches from the bus.
