After taking my first international trip for my 30th birthday, I was bitten by the travel bug,  and I vowed to spend every birthday out of the country. Traveling is such an eye-opening,  educational experience and I prefer to act like a local whenever I go places. My travel mood depends on where I'm going but I'm a mix of beach bum and adventurous foodie.  I love trying new foods and immersing myself in other countries... and I'm only getting started.  15 countries and counting!
