A Little About Me:
Brooklyn born and raised. I’m a NASM certified personal trainer who loves to travel.
Cuba was a warm and welcoming destination. We stayed at an Airbnb in Old Havana and literally walked everywhere between old and new Havana. We did a vintage car tour which was right outside of our Airbnb so we walked right up to a driver and asked for their rate. It was $50 for two people. Through the vintage car tour we learned a lot about their history, culture and current economic standing. We also danced salsa at a salsa club with a family we just met. The only downside of Cuba was that the food was not the best in my experience other than that I would highly recommend!
Dubai is absolutely beautiful, the architecture there is unmatched! There’s a lot that you can do there. We visited the Burj Khalifa and the worlds largest mall. We also used the company www.thedesertsafari.com and went camel riding and saw a show in the middle of the desert with entertainment like belly dancers and fire throwers. My favorite part was visiting the Sheikh Zayed Mosque.
Tulum exceeded my expectations! I was there for a week. It’s such a a fun destination, there’s something to do for everyone. I stayed at a beautiful boutique hotel called Jungle Keva Tulum which is located downtown. We rented a car for $60. Burrito Amor has the best burritos we had in our lives. We took a cooking class called Lina’s kitchen that I would highly recommend. We also saw Pablo’s mansion, you have to buy drinks for entry and worked out at Tulum’s Jungle Gym where it’s $25 for a day pass. I would highly recommend visiting Tulum if you haven’t already. I’m already planning my return.
