Aspen is a must visit during ski season. I’m a beginner snowboarder and had a great run at Aspen Snowmass. Things a pretty pricey from lodging to activities so staying in a vacation rental and travel with people to split the cost of lodging is recommended. The W Aspen was a beautiful experience jacuzzi and flowing drinks with a beautiful snowy Mountain View, and you don’t have to be a hotel guest to use that amenity. I also recommend snow mobiles beautiful ride very scenic . Link below to their website, price was 250 for a single mobile or 370 for a double rider for a 2hrs ride.

Aspen is beautiful! You may find yourself taking part in winter sports or sitting by a nice fire to relax On your vacation. Local restaurants are amazing. It’s expensive there so be sure to allocate your spending budget appropriately. I stayed with St. Regis Hotel and they provided me with access to the ski resort and mountain top where i was able to ski and snowboard. They provided VIP seats for me to watch and attend a Polo match. After the daily activities were over i had a nice dinner at a new restaurant called DueMani which was designed beautifully and the food was great. Be prepared to spend a nice penny there as the food and drinks were not cheap. I spent close to $300 for two people.

    Relaxation

I absolutely loved Aspen. It inspired me to do a ski trip every year. I visited in February and the weather was really nice. There were a few snowflakes but I can still run outside without a coat, weird lol. I loved how every where offered complimentary hot cocoa.

I visited Aspen mountain, but if you are a beginner to snow sports such as snowboarding and skiing you would have to go to Buttermilk Mountain. Aspen is higher in altitude and you do feel a shortness in your breath so remember to drink water and take it easy. I also did Snow mobiling and Dog sledding, which I both found with a Groupon (Groupon is savior by the way). There were more options such as horse and carriage rides (nice for a couple) but I was not interested in that.

Aspen is not a cheap trip, but I can say everything is worth it. Ski gear is the most expensive thing you pay for because most of the people visiting and frequent skiiers so they come with their own gear. Resorts make their money off of the beginners haha. I would definitely visit again and see why a lot of celebrities are frequently travel here. It is a nice combination of relaxation and fun. #Abventurous

I loveeeeed Colorado, I went for my 23rd bday and I couldn’t believe all the views I seen. I stayed in Denver in a loft and drove to Aspen with a few friends. The weather was great in Denver but as we drove up we were getting closer to the blizzard in Aspen . Such a experience ! The snow tubing I did through Aspen Snowmass which had great prices for groups but I do recommend them and recommend that you STAY IN ASPEN . That drive was one to remember but I’d rather stay in Aspen next time. If you’re a smoker the dispensaries are 21+ and they have EVERYTHING . Great food and experience my whole trip
