Rick’s Cafe Boatyard is a moderately upscale restaurant with an amazing lakeside view. Been here several times and the customer demographic is usually about 50% Black. Waitstaff is also diverse. It’s a friendly vibe. I feel safe recommending it.

We travel 2 hrs just to go there to eat. 2hrs back home with full bellies and enough left for a leftover meal. Reasonable prices, large serving size. Everyone there is so friendly.
