When I travel for work, I usually stay at the Hilton Garden Inn Seattle Airport. Thanks to my company’s return-to-office policy, I need to make it to the office at least once a month. I drive up from Oregon early in the day, work my shift, and then spend the night at this hotel before heading back the next morning. I prefer this hotel because the rooms are clean, the cars are secured in underground parking, and it’s conveniently located near I-5.
If you book a room, I recommend staying on the 4th or 5th floor and choosing one that’s away from the elevator to minimize noise. While it’s not always guaranteed that you won’t hear anything—a heavy-footed guest or families can sometimes be noisy—things generally quiet down by bedtime. Overall, it’s a comfortable place for a quick stay.
I stay here often for work travel. It conveniently next to the airport and to I-5. The service is pretty good even though the front desk can be slow at times if multiple patrons are checking in. The rooms are clean and cozy. I recommend staying on the 4th or 5th floor away from the elevators if you want peace and quiet. I also recommend picking a room that overlooks the inner courtyard than the rooms facing the front street. At times you’ll have the occasional loud neighbor whose heavy footed when they walk, but overall I prefer this hotel if you want to avoid being in downtown proper.
