Penn State city. May be good for students if they stay on campus. I was in state college Pa on a travel assignment as an RRT.
I worked at nittany. My coworkers were decent. I visited main Street often because of the ease of getting to the location and for options. Student centered and more diversity noticed than the rest of the city. I didn’t like where i stayed. The woman had an apartment above her home and she was a “karen”. The experience with her was uncomfortable and I kinda deemed everyone else the same afterwards. Otherwise I was safe and no one bothered me. My presence, I could tell, bothered some.
