We experienced harassment by the owners of the RV park. They are blatantly racist.
They watched us each time we went outside, the husband kept walking past our RV, the wife was staring thru the window of the RV, and threatened to call the police because of my dog-but we had violated no laws.
It was clear we weren’t welcome, which is unfortunate because our host was amazing.
Note: a nearby gas station proudly displayed and sold stickers of the confederate flag. This provided insight into why the RV park owners engaged in such offensive conduct-it was acceptable in the community.
I’ll be sharing our experience in detail on social media. Can’t wait to tag them.
