Stayed at Hilton Waikiki Beach in October of 2024. Stayed about a block from the beach and the weather was beautiful. Didn’t see a lot of black people there, but I hope that changes. A lot of tourist spots with good eating and shopping choices. I recommend traveling in the fall if you don’t want to completely break the bank. Everyone was friendly and didn’t have any racial issues. I also recommend paying for a tour throughout the island so that you can learn great history of the culture. Will be going back!
