Traveled to Paris July 2023 with my family (Puerto Rican husband and 2 Afro-Latino sons). We felt safe navigating Paris with no issues. We walked several neighborhoods and was assisted in finding places with no issue. Overall, we didn't feel the gaze of racism during our stay.
