A Little About Me:
I began traveling in December 2017 and have been to 9 countries so far. I’m an adventure seeker, my main goal is to do something different on each trip. I love the beach ? I’m a psychiatric nurse.
My first ever group trip and it was awesome. I visited two cenotes, it cost 80pesos to enter IK Kil it’s out of this world. I went to Chichen Itza it’s my first world wonder ? I even took a boat for us$19 to Isla Mujeres, I’ll definitely recommend. It’s a lovely small island. My stay at Occidental Costa Cancun was perfect I’ll Ben back for sure. The locals are nice. It’s cheap to travel by bus. Omg their honey tequila is a must try. I’m not a big fan of their food. Overall it was a good vacation
I love Curaçao. I stayed at Curaçao Suites Hotel which is in town and basically a walk from everywhere. It’s very very reasonable to stay there, approximately usd$400 with breakfast. I swam with turtles in Playa Piskado and I did underwater scooter with Aquafari for usd$115 It was great. The food is good. Shopping is good as well if you’re a shopper. I travel by bus most times but I’d definitely recommend renting a vehicle. Taxis are expensive. The floating bridge was very interesting, I was able to experience the opening and closing for a ship to pass through. Punda is beautiful. Add Curacao to your travel destination
My best solo trip to date, it was everything. I had an eventful stay. I stayed Airbnb at Studios 11&11 for 5 nights 6 days which costed me usd$391?? I did a lot of activities including parasailing with Octopus group check them out on ig. I had dinner in the sea, my legs were in the water at Fishbone Restaurant, Sopranos is nice as well. I did a day tour with ABC tours and was able to float in a Cave pool, cool right ? Palm beach is my favorite at the Beach bar happy hour is from 12pm to 7pm? was highly intoxicated everyday ???I made new friends the locals are nice. I hardly went out at nights was too tired. Aruba is a must go
Bonaire was a breath of fresh air for me. I went there solo for a day trip which was short and sweet. My tour guide carried me around and took me to some historical sites including their salt lake and factory. I was able to gain history on the slaves that worked in the salt trade and how they differentiated the salts for different ships eg Blauwe pan was the name of one of the four salt spots this represented the blue slave huts. They have a lot of wild donkeys on land. The locals are warm and friendly. The guide charged $25usd per hour (I got discounts) Bonaire is an ideal place for diving and windsurfing. I’ll degini return. https://www.instagram.com/p/B6qb1J8l8tu/?igshid=7p2c4kr13k88
