My husband & I bought a brand new RV travel trailer last August. Last week we took it further than we ever had. I think we both were nervous about pulling the RV so far along with going to Brandon, Mississippi where we stayed for a week. People put so much concern in us but we persevered with prayers for safe travels and return. Jesus did just that all fear went away when we arrived at Timberlake Campground. There were so many of us (blacks) working there, living there in their RV’s. We felt comfortable and less concerned still being aware of our surroundings. We visited the Two Mississippi Museums (what a great history there). It was so much fun. Everyone of every color that we came into contact with was wonderful to converse with. We plan to return again. Make sure to visit Mama Hamil’s & Shaggyz on the Rez for good food!
