Our drive there was a bit uncomfortable we did not stop in any small town only a more crowded area for gas. Once in gulf shores we checked into our hotel and the host was absolutely amazing no issues there. Gulf shores was family friendly, a few sketchy people but overall felt ok. Our reason for going was a softball tournament and that brought in a lot of diversity.
