If you love nature this is the place for you. You must have a car to get around here as it’s a lot of road. It does get really dark and the speed limit loves to change multiple times all on the same road so keep that in mind. Lancaster Central Market is a great place to explore and support local businesses. If you’re familiar with Philly the Lancaster Central Market is pretty much Reading Terminal. Want to learn more about the Amish and Mennonites? The Amish and Farm House are a good place to start. The tour we went on included a bus ride tour of the area, touring an Amish home as well as stops to patron local Amish businesses. It was cool seeing the crops the Amish grow as well as the different livestock. Do yourself a favor and get two of each pretzels as they are so good. We felt safe and didn’t have any issues.
