Small city with about 60k people. The POC of growing in this area but there is still lots of work that needs to be done. Been here about 14 years and had 3 racist encounters. So far I’ve been called the N word while walking at night. I have had conversations with subliminal messages behind them. Overall, good people it’s not hard to find them like it was 14 years ago. LOTS OF BARS! One gay bar downtown.
