Saint Louis is definitely a place to relax and rest after being in Dakar. I took a van here from Dakar at the Terminus 47. It’s relatively cheap and fills up when enough people are in the van. About a 3 hour drive. There’s a coffee shop/cafe that also now serves as a bed and breakfast called Ndar Ndar. That’s the best place to stay at! So chill and vibey. They have a jazz festival sometime in the spring. I would also recommended visiting the Musee de la Photographie in Saint Louis. Being there for about 1-3 days is enough to soak in the city.
