Nope. I lived here. Don’t recommend unless things have magically changed. Here is the nexus of don’t stop till Cincinnati Norwood, Louisville and Lexington. Covington is diverse, but I wouldn’t consider it safe. The places that have safe space qualities are typically clearly marked with signs of inclusion across this entire area 1 building here or there across dozens.
