A Little About Me:
I just wanna travel ??♀️
When visiting Rio, I 100% recommend staying in an Airbnb. I have visited Rio three times and I've never stayed in a hotel. Airbnbs tend to be much more cost-effective and they offer a more unique and authentic experience. Rio is known for its beaches and it's not super expensive to stay on or within a few blocks of the beach, especially outside of the high-season. Find a spacious Airbnb in Copacabana (more lively,) Ipanema (more posh and upscale,) or if you want to remain near the beach but stay in a slightly more quiet area, consider Leblon and Here’s the link to one Airbnb host’s place I stayed in in Leme: https://abnb.me/b5hntfxbgZ
The vegan food scene in London is BOOMING! So many restaurants are becoming more vegetarian/vegan-friendly. In addition, there are more and more 100% vegan restaurants opening each year. One of the best vegan restaurants I tried in London is Kalifornia Kitchen, just north of Covent Garden. The interior decor is GORGEOUS, flirty, and very "instagrammable" (if you're into photos). The food is PHENOMENAL. The Moving Mountains burger is delicious and has the texture of juicy beef. The jackfruit tacos are AMAZING, and there are very yummy desert options as well. If you're vegetarian, vegan, or if you simply like trying vegan food... you HAVE to try Kalifornia Kitchen while visiting London.
If you eat nowhere else, make sure you get a meal from "La Mulata" inside of the walled city. The logo for the restaurant is a woman rocking a beautiful afro. The decor inside is creative and welcoming. There are delicious dishes on the menu including amazing seafood. I recommend a seafood dish with coconut rice! The prices are very favorable vs. the USD. You HAVE to put this on your list when visiting Cartagena!
