If you’re going to Iceland make sure you are ready to spend a lot of money because it is expensive over there. The most efficient option is to buy groceries and cook for food if you’re on a budget. If not you will be spending $47 for 2 footlong sandwiches, 2 chips and a water at your local subway. Highly recommend you rent a car it is cheaper and more efficient to get around. The drives are not close to see waterfalls so plan your day accordingly. Make sure to check the weather because it can get cold and rainy. Iceland showers are a sulfur shower so they usually smell really bad like rotten eggs but supposedly it is good for your skin. Cartagena is a nice place to visit for a few days to see historic sites. One of the most popular tours are the volcano mud tour and going to the regatta with a local captain for the best price.
