I’m not sure why Burleson, TX is considered a suns down town. I lived there for three years and experienced nothing but kindness for non-blacks. My children were treated kindly also. I’m actually considering moving back there. It’s an affordable family-friendly town.
This towns motto is “Kindness Matters”. But kindness is only shown to the white conservatives. Everyone is obsessed with Donald Trump in the most unhealthy ways. You’ll hear and see a lot of anti DEI things, anti immigration sentiments and people encouraging violence on those who are different. This is not a safe place.
