This is review 3 of 7 in a group of writings I call, “Outside the Sunshine State, a
Californian’s perspective of the US” . These cities I have all visited and some I
even spent a few years in. The reviews are from my perspective as an outsider
coming into a new place. As with all of my reviews I hope they help someone on
their travels, now, without further delay, let’s get started.DO NOT TRAVEL IN Camden AFTER DARK IF YOU CAN
HELP IT!!! Seriously!!!! Now, it is not exactly a sundown town to my knowledge
but I will say that if you are black and traveling after dark there, expect to be
stopped by the cops. Almost every time we had to travel through camden to get
home we would get stopped by the cops and questioned. It definitely was not fun
and I would say to certainly avoid being in camden after the sun goes down.
