I live a few towns over, and saw this yesterday while driving through EHT. This is not a Halloween decoration, this is a lynched plastic skeleton, and it is clearly sending a message to stay away. This is terrifying. You don’t normally see this in NJ. Keep in mind, this photo was taken in July, and there are no other Halloween decorations in the property, and this is hanging from a tree next to the mailbox. I did not get a good vibe at all passing this. Be careful out there.
