I give Hunstville AL a 5 rating. It was mu 1st time here this summer. I was in to visit relatives. It was relaxing. Theyve built up alot there & expect it to be the next popping destination. The nightlife & eateries were very nice I had no problems. People were friendly. No problems. Lots of military there. I plan to return.
Beautiful and thriving city, BUT I definitely have experienced racism in this city on several occasions.
I really don’t have nothing bad to say I’m just trying to see the best travel route to take while being black
This place is home for me but over the past several years so much has come to the Tennessee Valley! See a Trash Pandas baseball game, see Alabama A&M University sports year round (homecoming is in September), southern food like none other with G’s Country Kitchen, Betty Mae’s Restaurant and even Sac’s Kitchen! The locals are friendly and there is so much southern charm! Take a ride to the foot of the Appalachian Mountains at Monte Sano Park and even see a concert at the Von Braun Center or at the Amphitheater! So much to do!
Club Envy Is a great place to go for entertainment on the night life. It’s for mature adults they have great food. The music is really cool. I would also recommend Bridge Street. They have not only a mall strip and also great restaurants. Have nice shopping areas well.
