In my personal experience living in Martinsburg WV has been wonderful. 95% of the people are very kind and welcoming. Housing is affordable bought our dream home 4 years ago. There are some cute charming restaurants that are family own and ran. There is not much to do out here unless you like hiking and fishing( our dog goes fishing with us), it’s very quiet no nightlife. I’m not looking for romance, so I can’t rate that.
