We had been to Mexico before, but never to Cabo, so it was a treat. It’s beautiful. We stayed close to San Jose del Cabo in a Wyndham timeshare. Honestly I prefer San Jose del Cabo downtown versus Cabo San Lucas. Cabo itself felt very touristy and US coded, vs. San Jose del Cabo was very artsy, cultural and authentic. The restaurants were great. The beaches at the resort were nice and the food offered on board. We took in a sunset cruise by catamaran and had an amazing time. This was a long weekend over memorial day weekend.

Traveling While Black
We visit Cabo Azul Los Cabos yearly. This place is spectacular, safe, walking distance to food and fun but away from the hubbub of Cabo. The service is second to none. The facilities are wondrous. They even let us have a piñata with kids club for our neice out in one of their plaza areas ( for free). We are treated like queens the staff is so sweet. Cannot say more about this place.
