I stayed in San Antonio at the Ibiza Rocks hotel, however there are a number of different hotels within the area. A lot of people say that the music in Ibiza is just house but a group of us went for a Soca event so luckily we didn't hear any house music which was good. If you are looking for a non party island then I would not suggest going to Ibiza lol. Most things are close by however you may need to catch the odd taxi here or there which can be expensive if you are on your own. There is also a option to get a water taxi to different point of the island which is very cheap, we used this to go to Cala bassa beach which has crystal clear water and an amazing atmosphere. I would suggest bringing a cooler and a few snacks as the restaurants on the beach can be pricey and you are limited to what you can eat. The crowds were fun with lots of great energy, abs were on display, and everyone was there to have a good time. Ibiza is literally a 30-40min flight from Barcelona so it’s a no-brainer. You have to experience the madness at least once!

Ghana has got to be one place that is so easy going, cheap and full of history. I stayed with my aunt who lives in Accra which was ideal as we were close to so many restaurants shops and historical spots. I would highly recommend visiting Elmina Castle which has extensive history in relation to slavery. It is very hard hitting but worth visiting.

Santorini was a surprise holiday for my mums 50 ! The Greek island views are breathtaking. We stayed at Antinea suites spa hotel which is located in Thira. Again this was perfect with the mountainous views and we were local to the beach, shops and restaurants. We also had dinner at Santoro Grace Hotel. This was another surprise booked which included a 7 course meal accompanied with wines. They would also provide a dish to cleanse your pallet for the next plate of food. If you do decide to have dinner at this place i would suggest getting there for 6 pm so you can see the amazing sunset, also ask to have dinner outside which they called Sea view dining. I would highly recommend doing a boat tour which allows you to see different parts of the island and the history. The company we used was called https://santoriniboat-tours.gr/ I think we paid 30-40 Euros I don't really remember the price but it wasn't too expensive. There are many different tours available. It’s a perfect destination if you want to go with your loved one but as this was on my mums bucket list I thought why not. It was worth every penny spent!!

Travelling to St. Lucia every year when I was younger was the best thing, but now I’m a adults it’s even better. My recent trip I managed to travel around the whole island. St lucia is a small island so this is highly recommend if you have the time. I would highly suggest hiring a car, but please be careful with the driver out there. They always say if you can drive in the caribbean you can drive anywhere lol. I originally stay in Micoud where my family are from but later moved onto Soufriere where we stayed at Hotel chocolate for a few days. OMG AMAZING. My love for the chocolate shop in London and knowing that the Coco beans came from a country that I am from led me to stay here. The hotel is an amazing place to relax, unwind and just enjoy nature, the infinity pool with the view of one of the pitons is speechless. The food is just amazing and worth every penny. Every meal including breakfast has a element of chocolate. Breakfast was included within our reservation. Other hotels I would also recommend - Jade mountain - Sugar beach - Coconut bay - Bay gardens - Harbour club Things to do Sulphur springs Diamond waterfall Diamond botanical gardens Toraille waterfall Latille waterfall Castries Boat ride with viator tours which included sulphur springs, diamond waterfall and botanical garden. I have provided the link below, but as usual there are many other activities that you can do on the island https://www.viator.com/tours/St-Lucia/St-Lucia-Shore-Excursion-A-Tour-of-St-Lucia/d38-2374PRTSLUMSHT Every Friday Gros islet have a fish festival. I highly suggest this! It normally kicks off about 6ish but your welcome to reach anytime. It is a very vibrant upbeat street party with loads of food, music, rum and good vibes. There are so many nice beaches on the island so if you have time you’ll be able to do most of them. Laborie & Gros islet are my top favourites!!
