We Went to Lake Como, Bellagio, Italy – 3 Days for 2 people – Loved the lake and mountain views, this was the perfect place to relax and do nothing. The area is packed with a lot of history and local restaurants too.
Hotel: Hotel Silvio
Restaurants & Activities: Hiking, villa tours, lake tours, shopping
Getting Around: C30 Bus and Lake Ferry are the best options! Also look for the seasonal road train in Bellagio
Getting There: Take the ~2hr metro from Milan to Como, then the C30 Bus or Lake Ferry to Bellagio
Pro Tip: Bring comfortable walking shoes, the towns on the lake front are mostly hills. Have a back up transportation planned, if the main roads become blocked due to rain.
Cost – We Spent $1500 for 2 people over 3 days, $800 on the hotel, $500 on food and about $100 on general transportation getting around and to there from Milan
