I decided I wanted to visit James Bond Island bc everyone always say how beautiful it is!! Well, they was correct. I thought Phi Phi Island was amazing, I think James Bond is better. The only downside is that you could only stand in the water. But no swimming or snorkeling was permitted!! We took a speed boat to the island and luckily it was a really small group that went with us. I bought my ticket through zoo travel and it was a half a day tour.. it was a last minute purchase and I only paid $45.. after talking to the other ppl on the tour I’m happy I went through zootravel bc they paid much more. Before headed to James Bond we stop at this cave. We was able to walk through the cave and the guide was explaining to us how the water in the cave rises about 7ft when It rains. Once we finished we headed over to James Bond island and I immediately fell in love. It was breathtaking!! The views was priceless!!!
I visited James Bond Island as part of a tour leaving from Phuket. When i booked the trip i didn’t realize the full extent of amazingness i was getting my self into. This multi island tour showcased some of the prettiest land formations i have ever seen, i walked thru a cave and entered the bottom of a amazing canyon, i saw tree roots that extended several feet before reaching into the ground, at night time the caves flood and so those canyon floor. We went to Hong Island and kayaked thru caves and saw rock formations coming out the water, its stunning. There was so many great sites, i would suggest booking one of the tours to James Bond Island, spend the extra money and get on one of the twin engines speed boats, they have smaller groups and move SOOOOOO much faster. Have fun and safe travels. I have vlog showing you everything i spoke about above on youtube. Here is the short link. bit.ly/ebis007
